Nature Club
Students who participate in our activites like Bird Watching, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, River Crossing, Trekking, Night sky observation, Essay Competition, Nature Camp, Nature awareness programme etc. have really enjoyed the activities and gained knowledge in versatile fields through constructive and life oriented activities.These Activities help them gain self-confidence.We invite the students to become members of our Academy and get benefits of our progammes.
Activities and Facilities offered at the Camp site include:
- Providing environmental education to the rural/urban people to create awareness about protection, preservation and conservation of their environment and natural resources.
- Conservation and preservation of environmentally vulnerable natural heritage sites which are not covered under the federal and the state government programs.
- Organizing workshop, meetings and talks about conservation of forest and environment for people.
- Assisting the organizations with identical objectives as that the Society as well as establishing branches of the society to expand its activities.
- Promoting the concept of wildlife friendly eco-tourism.
- Creating awareness and spreading concepts about alternate and renewable energy sources among the people.
- Promoting conservation of ground and rain water resources and creating public awareness about importance of such conservation.
